Loftdepot Eiswerder is a commercial property situated in Berlin, housed within a repurposed grain silo. The property offers modern office and commercial spaces for rent, designed with an industrial aesthetic that is typical of reclaimed industrial spaces.
To establish a cohesive brand identity, various marketing materials were created, such as brochures, floor plans, advertising banners, and a WordPress-based website. The colour scheme is consistent across all platforms, with mint green serving as an accent colour to emphasize key elements and add visual interest.
The location of the property has a long and interesting history, which allows visitors to not only learn about the available rental properties, but also to discover the past of Eiswerder Island and the former grain silo.
